What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?

Helping drivers is what we do. Our provider knows the medical requirements and is interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with certain medical conditions thru the requirements so they can obtain or maintain a current CDL medical card and continue to drive. We’ll also address concerns and safety considerations regarding the driver's current and future wellbeing as it pertains to their career.

Physical includes blood pressure, vision, hearing, basic urinalysis and physical examination. $75
Re-exam $60
Additional Glucose test $10.00

DOT/Non-DOT Drug Screen/BAT

We provide urinalysis for prescription and non-prescription drugs as prescribed for DOT and Non-DOT guidelines.

$20.00 for collection when there is an established lab account/MRO (Drivers/employees will have a pre-
printed CCF form and only need collection and shipping.)

$75.00 Collection/Lab/MRO fee using our account for those without an established lab account and we
provide results e-mail, fax, or mail. Results typically 1-2 days.

$25 Breath Alcohol Test performed in the clinic.

Drug screens must be completed no later than 5:00PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursdy and 2:00PM Tuesday and Friday

Dr. Kent Carder is a third generation chiropractor that graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a BS in Human Biology as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He grew up in a family of chiropractors dating back to 1908, where both his grandfather and father practiced chiropractic and taught him the benefit of chiropractic.
